Net profit grew faster than total income. Net profit rose 34.5% to ₹103.48 crore, while total income rose 31.0%, and profit before tax rose 32.6% to ₹134.37 crore. The gap sits in other income, which rose 160.0% to ₹45.08 crore and made up 4.1% of total income.

Revenue from operations rose 28.3% YoY to ₹1,042.86 crore, slower than other income. Finance costs remain small: ₹0.62 crore, or 0.1% of total income, against ₹0.07 crore a year earlier. Tax expense of ₹30.89 crore is 23.0% of profit before tax.

The year-ago quarter carried an exceptional item of ₹160.2 million, which the notes describe as demerger expenses for IT cost and professional services, so the year-ago profit before tax is stated after that charge. The year-ago comparatives are restated figures from the demerged industrial undertaking, which the auditors have not reviewed or audited.

Against the June 2026 quarter, total income rose 11.0% and net profit rose 67.1% to ₹103.48 crore.
