SML Mahindra Limited, formerly SML Isuzu Limited, has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 12 Oct 2026 that ran from 4:25 PM to 4:36 PM, noted and approved changes in its finance leadership and senior management. Mr. Pushkar Patwardhan will cease to be Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel from the close of 19 Oct 2026, because he has decided to pursue his professional interests outside the Mahindra group.
On the recommendation of its committees, the board appointed Ms. Manaswini Goel as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, designated Interim Chief Financial Officer, from 20 Oct 2026 to 31 Dec 2026. It also appointed Mr. Surender Kalra as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from 1 Jan 2027. It approved the appointment of Mr. Ashudeep Saddi as Chief Human Resources Officer and senior management personnel from 19 Oct 2026.
