Net profit fell less than profit before tax in the year-on-year comparison: net profit dropped 4.0% to ₹45.10 crore while profit before tax fell 18.2%, from ₹73.72 crore to ₹60.33 crore. Tax expense fell 43.0% to ₹15.23 crore, and the tax charge was 25.2% of profit before tax against 36.3% a year earlier.

The year-earlier quarter included an exceptional gain of ₹25.65 crore from the sale of a property in Udyog Vihar Phase III, Gurugram, under a sale agreement dated 22 Jul 2025. The quarter ended 30 Sep 2026 carries an exceptional loss of ₹0.77 crore (₹77 lakh) of legal and professional fees for the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation.

Against the previous quarter, total income fell 31.2% and revenue from operations fell 33.8%, while net profit fell 23.2%. The filing does not state the reason for the fall in revenue from operations from ₹827.57 crore to ₹548.11 crore, and it does not explain the change in cost of services.
