Net profit grew more slowly than income this quarter. Total income rose 32.0% year on year to ₹1,996 crore, while net profit rose 26.5% to ₹148 crore, and the net profit margin fell from 7.75% to 7.43%.
Other income is a small part of the result: ₹2 crore, or 0.1% of total income and 1.0% of profit before tax of ₹198 crore. Revenue from operations of ₹1,994 crore therefore accounts for almost all of the income reported.
Finance costs fell 30.0% year on year to ₹15 crore, which is 0.8% of total income. The filing does not give a reason for the fall. Depreciation rose 14.3% to ₹52 crore, and tax of ₹49 crore is 25.0% of profit before tax.
The filing states that consolidated exceptional items are nil for the quarter. Joint statutory auditors issued unmodified limited review reports dated 05 Nov 2026, though the auditors relied on other auditors' reports for some subsidiaries and a joint venture.
