Consolidated net profit rose 32.3% YoY, faster than total income, which rose 25.1%. The gap comes below the operating line: the consolidated statement adds a share of profit in the associate and joint venture of ₹36.34 crore before tax, a line the standalone figures do not carry. Profit before tax rose 23.1%, so the gain in net profit is larger than the gain before tax, with the tax expense falling 7.7% to ₹13.22 crore.

Other income of ₹12.78 crore is 1.2% of total income and 16.6% of profit before tax of ₹77.07 crore. Finance costs of ₹40.71 crore are 3.9% of total income, up 50.5% on a year earlier. Against the prior quarter, net profit fell 9.0% while total income rose 8.8%.

The year-ago consolidated figures were restated under Note 3 for the associate's consolidation of three wholly owned subsidiaries. The notes give reported year-ago profit before tax as ₹61.80 crore and restated as ₹62.59 crore, and the auditors draw attention to that note, which also affects opening other equity as at 1 Apr 2025. The auditors' conclusion is not modified on either matter.

The company attributes the delay to reasons beyond its control, without saying what they are.

The company says it expects revenue from operations to grow by about 25% or more in FY 2026-27, based on its order book and expected inflow of orders. The filing also reports that the Board approved the results on 4 Nov 2026, and that Shri Kishore Kumar Mehrotra ceases to be a director from close of business on 10 Nov 2026, while Shri Sutirtha Bhattacharya is appointed as an additional independent director, subject to shareholder approval.
