Voltamp Transformers (NSE: VOLTAMP) reported standalone total income of ₹692.12 crore and net profit of ₹85.08 crore for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2026, it said in a filing on 29 Oct 2026. The figures are unaudited and were approved by the board on 29 Oct 2026.

Total income grew much faster than net profit. Revenue from operations rose 41.8% YoY to ₹684.19 crore, while other income fell 46.3% to ₹7.93 crore, so the company's income is now almost entirely from operations. Other income of ₹7.93 crore is 1.1% of total income this quarter.

Net profit rose 7.9% YoY to ₹85.08 crore, against a 5.1% rise in profit before tax to ₹109.50 crore. Tax expense of ₹24.41 crore is 22.3% of profit before tax, down from ₹25.33 crore a year earlier, and the net profit margin fell from 15.85% to 12.29%.

Against the previous quarter, net profit fell 6.7% while total income rose 18.2%. The filing does not explain the fall in other income.

Finance costs were ₹0.43 crore, or 0.1% of total income, and depreciation rose 7.0% YoY to ₹3.78 crore. The company operates in one segment, electrical transformers.
