Welspun Corp adds a Jordan step-down subsidiary to make steel pipes and tubes

Welspun Corp Limited has told the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Welspun Global Holdings Limited (WGHL), based in the DIFC in the UAE, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named Welspun Global Jordan (WGJ) in Jordan. The incorporation took effect on 12 Oct 2026, and the Certificate of Registration, issued by the Companies Control Department of Jordan, was received on 13 Oct 2026.

WGJ will manufacture, produce, process and fabricate wires, tubes and pipes of iron and steel, including line pipes and other tubular products for transporting water, gas and oil and for other industrial uses. It will also carry out casting and processing of iron and steel and make products and components from that casting.

WGJ has an initial paid-up share capital of 50,000 Jordanian Dinar, fully subscribed by WGHL. The filing is a follow-up to the company's disclosure of 18 Sep 2026.
