Net profit rose faster than total income. Net profit was ₹36.56 crore, up 156.9% from a year earlier, while total income rose 87.0% to ₹207.68 crore. Against the June quarter, net profit rose 94.6% from ₹18.79 crore and total income rose 42.3% from ₹145.97 crore. Profit before tax for the quarter was ₹49.61 crore.
The company changed the depreciation method for property, plant and equipment from written down value to straight-line from 1 Apr 2026, and accounted for the change prospectively. The company says straight-line gives a better match to the pattern in which the assets' benefits are expected to be used up. The auditors' review of the consolidated results says their conclusion is not modified on this matter, and puts group depreciation for the quarter at ₹44.17 lakh.
The auditors' report says Hyd-Air Engineering Pvt Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary, was reviewed by other auditors. For the quarter it shows total revenues of ₹8.01 crore, total assets of ₹39.31 crore and a profit after tax of ₹5.51 lakh.

The board in-principle approved the amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary Hyd-Air Engineering Private Limited into the company under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013, with an appointed date of 1 Apr 2026, subject to approvals. Mustafa Abid Kachwala's tenure as Chief Financial Officer ends at close of business on 27 Nov 2026, and he continues as Whole-time Director and Key Managerial Personnel. Drashti Bhil is to be re-designated Chief Financial Officer from 28 Nov 2026 for three years, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee.
