Aeroflex Industries Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 14 Oct 2026 that ran from 10:30 AM to 11:04 AM, approved expansion plans with a combined investment of about ₹202 crore. The disclosure was made on 14 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules.
The board first noted two completed projects. Capacity in the stainless steel hose and braiding division has been increased to 20 million metres a year, and capacity in liquid cooling skid assemblies has been raised to 12,000 pieces a year, with the remaining 3,000 pieces to be completed by December 2026.
It then approved two new expansions. The hose and braiding division will go from 20 million to 30 million metres a year, together with a new assemblies plant to convert 70% to 75% of hoses and braid into assemblies, at a projected cost of ₹124 crore. The liquid cooling skid assemblies division will go from 15,000 to 30,000 pieces a year, including an additional facility, at a projected cost of ₹78 crore. Both are expected to be completed in phases by March 2028, and the total will be financed through internal accruals, equity and bridge loan financing.
Inference
The plans would raise capacity by half in the hose and braiding division and double it in the liquid cooling skid assemblies division, and they are spread over a period to March 2028. The company names three sources of funds, including equity and a bridge loan, so the financing is not yet fixed.
The filing gives no revenue or profit expectations for the new capacity. How much of it is used will depend on demand, which the filing does not discuss.
