Net profit rose 12.2% from the previous quarter against total income growth of 4.5%, while profit before tax rose 13.2%. Year-ago consolidated figures for profit, finance costs and tax are not legible in the statement text, so no year-on-year profit growth is calculated here.

Revenue from operations rose 25.4% year on year, while other income fell 83.1% to ₹0.51 crore. Other income is 0.1% of total income this quarter and 0.9% of profit before tax, so operating revenue carries nearly all the reported income.

Finance costs of ₹19.09 crore are up 39.0% from ₹13.73 crore in the previous quarter and are 2.7% of total income. Tax of ₹12.70 crore is 23.6% of profit before tax. The statement does not give a reason for the rise in finance costs.

Standalone net profit rose 22.0% year on year to ₹31.41 crore, which is slower than the 34.2% rise in profit before tax, and faster than total income growth of 17.5%. Quarter on quarter, net profit rose 24.5%, against 5.5% growth in total income.

Standalone finance costs fell 10.0% year on year to ₹19.09 crore, from ₹21.22 crore, while depreciation rose 24.1% to ₹1.57 crore. Finance costs are 3.2% of total income. Tax of ₹10.62 crore is 25.3% of profit before tax.

Consolidated net profit of ₹41.08 crore is ₹9.67 crore higher than standalone net profit of ₹31.41 crore. The consolidated results include ACJK Foods Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, according to the notes.

The company completed its IPO of 2,07,54,716 equity shares at ₹212 per share, listed on NSE and BSE on 02 Apr 2026. Net IPO proceeds of ₹411.11 crore were received in escrow after estimated offer expenses of ₹28.89 crore, and ₹400.00 crore earmarked for working capital requirements was fully utilised up to 30 Sep 2026.

The auditor, Pramod K. Sharma & Co., issued a limited review report with an unmodified conclusion on both sets of results. The company says the New Labour Codes have not had a material incremental impact on its gratuity obligations and that management does not expect a material impact.

    Inference

The filing records that two wholly owned subsidiaries, Aeroplane FMCG Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and Amir Chand Trading Company in Saudi Arabia, had no transactions in the quarter and have not yet commenced business. The filing does not say what business they will carry out or when they will start.

The filing does not give the reason for the rise in finance costs or the change in revenue from operations between the quarters.
