Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Limited has told the exchanges that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited has enhanced and upgraded the rating on its long-term fund-based bank loan facilities and reaffirmed the rating on its short-term bank loan facilities. The company made the disclosure on 12 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules.
The long-term fund-based facilities are now ₹220 crore, up from ₹120 crore, and the rating is IVR A+/Stable, upgraded from IVR A/Positive, so the outlook has gone from Positive to Stable.
