Aurionpro Solutions (NSE: AURIONPRO) has approved a scheme to amalgamate its three wholly owned subsidiaries into itself, it said in a filing on 31 Oct 2026. The scheme is subject to approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, shareholders and creditors where applicable, and other authorities.

The board approved the Scheme of Amalgamation on 31 Oct 2026 under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The transferor companies are Aurofidel Outsourcing Limited, Intellvisions Solutions Private Limited and Skanan Hardware Private Limited.
Aurofidel Outsourcing engages in business processing and knowledge processing outsourcing. Intellvisions Solutions covers IT training, consultancy, software and hardware development, and staffing. Skanan Hardware deals in hardware products, hand tools, automobile hardware and measuring instruments.
The company says the transferor companies do not have significant operations, except immovable properties owned by two of them.
