Revenue from operations was nil in the quarter and in both comparison quarters, and other income was nil against ₹47.85 lakh in the year-ago quarter. Total expenses were ₹24.44 lakh, of which employee cost was ₹4.46 lakh and other expenses ₹19.91 lakh, so the loss before tax of ₹0.24 crore is close to those expenses.

The filing does not say why revenue from operations and other income were nil in the quarter. For the half year, the standalone result is a net loss of ₹43.51 lakh, against a net profit of ₹42.11 lakh in the half year a year earlier.

The tax charge of ₹1.03 lakh is entirely deferred, so the loss after tax is slightly larger than the loss before tax. The statutory auditor SDPM & Co. issued an unmodified review report on the standalone results.

    Inference

The filing shows non-current loans of ₹25.38 crore and non-current borrowings of ₹10.70 crore as at 30 Sep 2026, up from ₹17.71 crore and ₹2.69 crore at 31 Mar 2026. The cash flow statement shows proceeds from long-term borrowings of ₹8.01 crore in the half year. The filing does not say what the borrowings are for.

The board approved a duplicate share certificate for 320 shares held by Mohanlal Damji Bhanushali. The filing does not give the consolidated figures for the quarter, although the auditor's review covers the subsidiary Avishkar Keval Kunj Redevelopment Private Limited.
