Bhansali Engineering Polymers Declares Second Interim Dividend of ₹1, Record Date 24 October 2026

Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 19 Oct 2026, declared a second interim dividend of ₹1 a share (100% of the ₹1 face value) for FY2026-27, subject to tax deducted at source. The record date is Saturday, 24 Oct 2026, and the dividend will be paid on or before 17 Nov 2026.
The company declared a first interim dividend of ₹1 a share in Jul 2026, so interim dividends declared so far this year total ₹2 a share, or 200%. The same meeting approved the quarter's results.
