    Inference

The filing records ₹100 crore of secured NCDs repaid on due dates, with none outstanding at 30 Sep 2026, and ₹50 crore of unsecured commercial papers issued in the quarter, repayable on 14 Dec 2026. The Board on 31 Oct 2026 approved an enabling resolution to issue NCDs of up to ₹250 crore on private placement, with the size and terms left to the Managing Director and CEO.

The filing does not say how much of the ₹250 crore NCD authority will be used, when any issue will be made, or what coupon it would carry. It also does not give the reason for the tax expense in the quarter despite lower profit before tax.
