    Inference

The company's results note a composite scheme of arrangement with WimPlast Limited and Cello Consumer Products Private Limited, sanctioned by the NCLT Ahmedabad Bench on May 14, 2026. The company allotted 46,53,239 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹5 each to WimPlast shareholders with effect from June 09, 2026, and the filing states that the share allotment is the consideration under the scheme.

The board approved the results on Nov 05, 2026. The statutory auditor, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, issued limited review reports without modification, but the consolidated report excludes the review of 12 subsidiaries with total revenues of ₹521.80 crore for the quarter. Whether those figures change the consolidated results is not stated, and the filing does not give the reason for the rise in standalone other income.
