Net profit fell 22.8% YoY, slightly more than total income, which fell 21.3%. Profit before tax fell 23.4%, and tax expense fell 25.3% to ₹13.34 crore, so the tax line moved in step with the pre-tax line. The net profit margin was 5.22% against 5.32% a year earlier.

Finance costs rose 44.0% YoY to ₹5.44 crore, while total income fell. Finance costs were 0.7% of total income this quarter, against 0.4% in the same quarter a year before, using the year-ago total income of ₹967.74 crore. Depreciation of ₹2.62 crore was little changed.

Other income was ₹1.37 crore, against ₹0.09 crore a year earlier, and made up 2.6% of profit before tax this quarter. Against the June 2026 quarter, total income fell 10.8% and net profit fell 38.3%, from ₹64.45 crore to ₹39.74 crore.

The filing does not give a reason for the fall in revenue from operations, from ₹852.40 crore in the June 2026 quarter to ₹759.90 crore in the September quarter.

    Inference

The board approved them on 6 Nov 2026 after the Audit Committee reviewed them, and the statutory auditors, Jeevan Jagetiya & Co, carried out a limited review and reported nothing that causes them to believe the statement contains a material misstatement.

The filing does not say whether any dividend will be declared for the year or the quarter, and it does not give a reason for the fall in revenue or the rise in inventories.
