DEE Development Engineers Limited has told the exchanges on 8 Oct 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, DEE Fabricom India Private Limited, has received an order for the supply of windmill towers for a 5 MW turbine model. The customer cannot be named for commercial reasons.

The order is worth approximately ₹55 crore, is a domestic order, and is to be executed by Aug 2027. The details required by the SEBI master circular were filed as an annexure.

    Inference

The order is placed with a subsidiary, so the revenue would sit in the subsidiary and be consolidated into the group. The customer is not named, so the filing gives no view of the buyer’s standing.
