The filing does not give a reason for this figure.

Quest Academy Limited became a step-down subsidiary during the quarter after its 100% equity stake was acquired by Elpro Realty Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The filing says Ind AS 103 was applied and all assets and liabilities were recognised at fair value.

The company says the voluntary delisting offer from BSE, made with IGE (India) Private Limited, Zenox Technology Services Private Limited and the promoters, stands successful and that it is in the process of obtaining final approval from BSE. The company stood delisted from the Calcutta Stock Exchange with effect from 10 Jul 2026.

    Inference

The filing states that the company's Board approved the results on 3 Nov 2026, and that Lodha & Co LLP's limited review reports carry no modification. Paid-up equity share capital is ₹16.95 crore at a face value of Re 1 per share.

The filing does not say the reason for the consolidated loss before tax or for the large standalone other comprehensive income, and it does not give the effect of the Quest Academy acquisition on the figures.
