Income more than doubled while the loss widened only slightly. Total income rose 101.0% to ₹441.07 crore, with revenue from operations up 106.0%, but net loss grew 12.7% to ₹25.07 crore. Other income fell 71.7% to ₹1.74 crore, so the rise in income comes almost entirely from operating revenue.
Finance costs were flat at ₹20.26 crore, about 4.6% of total income, while depreciation rose 32.9% to ₹17.96 crore. Against the prior quarter, when the company reported a profit of ₹11.82 crore on income of ₹887.72 crore, the swing to a loss is large, and the filing does not explain it.
The auditors' review report on the consolidated results is qualified over trade receivables of ₹19.61 crore (₹19.61 crore) from one customer, on which no provision has been recognised. The company says it believes there is a high probability of recovery, and the outcome of the dispute is not stated.

Standalone results follow the same pattern with a larger loss. Total income rose 97.0% to ₹437.77 crore and revenue from operations rose 103.5% to ₹434.10 crore, while net loss widened 29.4% to ₹22.90 crore. Other income fell 59.1% to ₹3.68 crore, which is 0.8% of total income.
The standalone statement carries an exceptional item of ₹7.13 crore, an impairment loss on the investment in Epavo Electricals Private Limited, recognised after the company agreed to sell its stake for an agreed consideration. Before this item, the pre-exceptional result is the company's own measure and is not restated here. Incentive income of ₹1.19 crore under RIPS 2024 was recognised in the quarter, and the company says the claim portal is awaited.
The standalone auditors' report is also qualified over the same ₹19.61 crore receivable balance.
Inference
The filing records a sale of the company's entire 50% stake in Epavo Electricals Private Limited to Ram Ratna Wires Limited for cash consideration of ₹15.00 crore, at ₹6.78 a share for 2,21,26,000 shares. The company expects completion by 30 Nov 2026, subject to conditions in the Share Purchase Agreement. The filing does not state the expected financial effect of the sale beyond the impairment.
The chief financial officer, Rajesh Kumar Mittal, resigned for personal reasons with effect from close of business on 31 Oct 2026, and the filing does not name a successor. The board also approved voluntary strike-off of two non-operational subsidiaries, and the filing does not quantify their effect on the financials.
