Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 9 Oct 2026 that ran from 4:30 PM to 4:52 PM, appointed Mr. Sachin Duggal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) from 9 Oct 2026, subject to members’ approval. It also appointed Mr. Irfan Ali as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, a key managerial personnel, from the same date.
Mr. Jason Wesley Johnson resigned as a Non-Executive Director at the close of business on 9 Oct 2026, and the board placed on record its appreciation for his contributions.
