GMR Airports Limited, formerly GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited, has told the exchanges that it has incorporated GMR Aero Realty Limited (GARL) as a wholly owned subsidiary in India and has subscribed to its memorandum of association. GARL was incorporated on 13 Oct 2026, and the company made the disclosure on 14 Oct 2026 under Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI listing rules.
GARL has an initial subscribed and paid-up share capital of ₹1 crore, divided into 10,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
