GMR Airports Limited has told the exchanges that Group ADP, its co-promoter, has withdrawn its nomination of Mr. Alexis Benjamin Riols as Deputy CEO and Executive Director, owing to Group ADP’s organisational changes. The company received his resignation letter as Executive Director and Deputy CEO on 8 Oct 2026, and he continues on the board as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.
Group ADP has nominated a replacement, which the company says will be taken up for approvals in due course and intimated separately. The disclosure was made under Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI listing rules, with his resignation letter as an annexure.
