Godawari Power and Ispat Limited has told the exchanges that it incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Godawari Energy Solutions Private Limited, in Maharashtra on 17 Oct 2026, following its intimation of 1 Oct 2026. The registered office is at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.
The subsidiary will take up engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and turnkey work, including design, erection, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance, for battery energy storage systems, renewable energy, power, electrical and allied infrastructure projects. The incorporation was approved by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
