Godawari Power & Ispat Limited has told the exchanges on 8 Oct 2026 that its Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, by a circular resolution at about 3:00 PM, allotted 2,72,000 equity shares of ₹1 each at a premium of ₹244 a share. The shares were issued on conversion of warrants by Shree Nakoda Pipe Impex Private Limited, which paid the balance of ₹183.75 a warrant, 75% of the issue price, a total of ₹4,99,80,000.

The warrants come from a preferential issue disclosed on 14 Nov 2025, when the company allotted 2,04,08,220 convertible warrants at ₹245 each, with 25%, or ₹61.25, paid at allotment. Of the seven warrant holders, only this one has converted so far.

    Inference

The conversion is small against the 2,04,08,220 warrants issued, so most of the warrants remain unconverted. Each conversion adds shares and brings in the unpaid 75% of the issue price.
