    Inference

The filing states the board approved the unaudited results on 3 Nov 2026 and that the statutory auditors carried out a limited review, reporting nothing that suggests a material misstatement. The notes disclose an income tax demand of ₹7.10 crore net of tax paid and an appeal pending before the Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals), Lucknow.

The filing does not say what the outcome of the appeal will be or how much provision, if any, has been made against the demand. It also does not give the reason for the fall in revenue from operations or profit before tax, or the amount and timing of any dividend declared for the quarter.
