Afcons Infrastructure Limited has told the exchanges that India Ratings and Research, on 14 Oct 2026, assigned IND AA-/Stable to its proposed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of ₹250 crore and affirmed IND A1+ on its commercial paper of ₹500 crore.

The filing is made under Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and links to the India Ratings press release. It does not give the rating rationale or say when the NCDs will be issued.

    Inference

A rating on proposed NCDs lets the company issue the debt within the rated amount when it decides to; it does not mean the money has been raised. Affirming the commercial paper rating means India Ratings reviewed it and kept its view unchanged.

The reasons for the ratings are in the India Ratings press release, not in this filing. Shareholders may want to read it for the agency's view of the order book and borrowings, and follow any later announcement of an NCD issue.
