Inox India (NSE: INOXINDIA) said in a filing on 05 Nov 2026 that promoter Shreyasi Goenka proposes to acquire 18,18,449 shares, or 2.00% of its share capital, from Pavan Kumar Jain as a gift between immediate relatives, on 13 Nov 2026.
