Income grew faster than profit this quarter. Total income rose 26.6% YoY and net profit rose 9.4%, with tax expense up 9.2% and depreciation up 29.5%.
Finance costs fell to ₹1.05 crore from ₹2.00 crore a year earlier, which is 0.2% of total income. Other income was flat at ₹10.85 crore and made up 12.2% of profit before tax of ₹88.80 crore, so the quarter's profit leans on operations rather than on other income.
The notes read show one exceptional item in the standalone figures: ₹2.00 crore in the year-earlier quarter, shown as settlement receipts from the CVA Inc matter. The filing does not say whether any exceptional item affects the current quarter.

Inference
The press release says the order backlog crossed ₹2,268 crore, the highest in the company's history, and that export revenue was 60% of total revenue in the quarter. Its statement that the backlog provides revenue visibility is the company's own view.
The filing says standalone borrowings were nil at 30 Sep 2026 after net repayment of ₹69.50 crore of short-term borrowings in the half year, and that ₹18.15 crore of dividend was paid in the half year. The filing does not say what the company plans for its cash or future dividends, nor the reason for the rise in standalone revenue and profit beyond what the press release describes.
