Consolidated total income rose 105.9% YoY, while net profit rose 18.1%, so profit grew well behind income. Profit before tax was ₹273.21 crore, up 20.0% on the year-earlier quarter, and tax was ₹59.84 crore, 21.9% of that figure. Other income of ₹23.38 crore is 1.4% of total income, so the income base is mainly revenue from operations of ₹1,592.48 crore.

Finance costs of ₹101.91 crore are 6.3% of total income, against ₹16.15 crore a year earlier, and depreciation rose to ₹89.79 crore from ₹30.14 crore. The notes describe the TruBridge acquisition, completed on 9 Jul 2026 and financed through debt facilities, and the filing reports the step-down subsidiary's revenue for 9 Jul 2026 to 30 Sep 2026 as ₹744.21 crore. The filing does not say how much of the quarter's revenue came from TruBridge and the other acquisitions.

The year-earlier and prior-quarter consolidated comparatives are not like-for-like: the notes say the year-earlier quarter and the 30 Jun 2026 quarter do not include TruBridge, its five subsidiaries or IKS WWMG MSO LLC.

Standalone net profit fell 30.4% YoY to ₹96.27 crore while total income rose 8.0% to ₹385.93 crore. Profit before tax of ₹123.49 crore was 26.5% lower than a year earlier, and tax of ₹27.22 crore was 22.0% of it, against 17.6% in the year-earlier quarter.

Standalone revenue from operations of ₹378.87 crore grew 6.5% YoY, slower than other income of ₹7.06 crore, which is 1.8% of total income. Against the June 2026 quarter, total income fell 19.0% and net profit fell 40.8%. The reason for the fall in standalone revenue from operations against that quarter is not given.

    Inference

The filing reports that the TruBridge acquisition was financed through debt facilities.

The filing reports the four unreviewed subsidiaries' loss after tax for the quarter as ₹11.61 crore. The review report says these entities are not material to the group according to management.

The filing does not state any dividend declaration for the quarter. The reason for the sharp rise in consolidated finance costs and depreciation against the year-earlier quarter is not given, and neither is the reason for the fair-value gain on the associate.
