Net profit grew faster than total income. Net profit rose 179.5% year on year to ₹53.87 crore, while total income rose 111.3% to ₹211.20 crore, and profit before tax rose 178.6%. The year-earlier quarter was ₹25.94 crore before tax, a low base against which the growth is measured.

Revenue from operations of ₹208.59 crore makes up almost all of total income, and other income of ₹2.61 crore is 1.2% of total income and 3.6% of profit before tax. Growth therefore sits mainly in operating income rather than in other income.

Finance costs were ₹2.72 crore, 1.3% of total income, up 13.5% from ₹2.39 crore a year earlier but down from ₹3.19 crore in the June 2026 quarter. Depreciation was ₹0.69 crore. The statement records no exceptional items for the quarter.

The tax expense of ₹18.40 crore is 25.5% of profit before tax, against 25.7% a year earlier on the reported figures.

    Inference

The filing says the company listed its equity shares on the Main Board of BSE and NSE on 16 Sep 2026 through an IPO of 1,67,04,750 shares at ₹632 each, aggregating ₹1,055.74 crore, including a fresh issue of ₹300.00 crore. As at 30 Sep 2026, ₹38.56 crore of the proceeds had been utilised and ₹261.44 crore remained unutilised, with ₹234.00 crore held in fixed deposits.

The filing does not give the reason for the rise in revenue from operations or the rise in finance costs, and it does not state any dividend. What the unutilised proceeds will be used for, and when, is not stated.
