    Inference

The filing says the board approved the results on 6 Nov 2026, and that the statutory auditor, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, issued an unmodified conclusion on the statement after a limited review. The comparative figures for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2025 were certified by management and were not reviewed or audited.

The balance sheet shows non-current borrowings at 30 Sep 2026 and no current borrowings, against current borrowings at 31 Mar 2026. Cash and cash equivalents rose ₹200.40 crore to ₹214.40 crore, and inventories fell ₹165.70 crore to ₹137.60 crore over the same period. The filing does not say why cash rose or inventories fell.

On 30 Oct 2026 the company informed the exchanges of a change in directors and of the appointment of Tahir Toloy Tanridagli as MD and CEO effective 1 Nov 2026.
