Against the previous quarter, standalone net profit rose 118.0% from ₹2.44 crore, which is slower than the 126.3% rise in total income. The filing does not give a reason for the fall in standalone profit from the year-ago quarter.

    Inference

The filing reports that the Board approved forfeiture of 3,35,552 partly paid equity shares on 5 Nov 2026 for non-payment of the First and Final Call Money. The call was approved on 8 Jan 2026 at ₹19.50 per share, and call money was received on 25,40,89,772 of 25,44,25,324 partly paid shares.

The company entered a ₹219 crore loan agreement with Tata Capital Limited on 13 Aug 2026 to fund the acquisition of 73,00,000 SISCOL shares. Tata Capital assigned ₹40 crore of that loan to Aditya Birla Capital Limited on 30 Sep 2026. The auditors' emphasis of matter notes a SEBI settlement of ₹4.16 crore debited to the profit and loss statement.

The filing does not give the reason for the forfeiture beyond the non-payment, or how the balance of the ₹219 crore loan will be used.
