LTM declares a ₹25 per share interim dividend with a record date of 23 Oct

LTM Limited, formerly known as LTIMindtree Limited, has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 16 Oct 2026, declared an interim dividend of ₹25 per equity share of ₹1 face value for the financial year 2026-27. The dividend is 2,500% of the face value.
The dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration to shareholders whose names appear in the records of the company, the registrar and the depositories on Friday, 23 Oct 2026, which is the record date fixed for it. The company has also published tax deduction instructions for the interim dividend on its website.
The board took this decision at the same meeting at which it approved the company’s September-quarter results, in which consolidated net profit was ₹13,799 million and basic earnings per share were ₹47.15 for the quarter.

To receive the dividend, a shareholder must be on the company’s register on the record date of 23 Oct 2026. Dividend income is taxed in the hands of shareholders, and the company’s published instructions explain how tax will be deducted.
