LTM Limited, formerly known as LTIMindtree Limited, has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 16 Oct 2026, approved the unaudited results for the quarter and six months ended 30 Sep 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations for the September quarter was ₹1,18,076 million (about ₹11,808 crore), up 13.6% from a year earlier. Net profit was ₹13,799 million (about ₹1,380 crore), against ₹13,812 million a year earlier.
Revenue was 1.7% above the ₹1,16,080 million of the June 2026 quarter. In US dollar terms, revenue was $1,235.2 million, up 1.0% on the quarter and 4.7% on the year. In constant currency, the investor release puts growth at 5.1% on the year. EBIT was ₹18,381 million, up 11.5% on the year, and the EBIT margin was 15.6%.
Net profit was 6.0% below the ₹14,686 million of the June quarter and 0.1% below the year-earlier figure. Basic earnings per share were ₹47.15, against ₹49.46 in the June quarter and ₹47.28 a year earlier. For the six months, net profit was ₹28,485 million, against ₹26,358 million a year earlier.
The release also reports order inflow of $1.26 billion, 729 active clients and 88,835 employees, with trailing twelve-month attrition of 13.3%. The board also declared an interim dividend of ₹25 per share, which is the subject of a separate filing.
Inference
Revenue grew by double digits in rupee terms and by about 5% in dollar terms, so the rupee figure reflects currency movements as well as business growth. The investor release shows the constant-currency rate for that reason.
Net profit was flat on the year even though revenue and EBIT were higher. The results statement shows the cost and other income lines behind that, and the filing is where shareholders can see the detail. Order inflow is the value of new contracts signed in the quarter, so it is a separate measure from revenue.
