What the rights issue allotment means for Natco Pharma's shareholders

The company's paid-up capital and share count both rise with this allotment, and the new shares are of the same ₹2 face value as the existing ones. The company's latest reported quarter, Q1 FY27 on a consolidated basis, showed net profit of ₹206.50 crore, down 57.0% year on year; the filing does not connect the issue to those results.
