    Inference

The filing says the Board approved, subject to shareholder approval, a subsequent increase in material related party transactions with Authum Investments & Infrastructure Limited for one year from member approval.

The company received ₹83.09 crore for 1,20,10,000 convertible share warrants during the quarter, allotted at a premium of ₹82.25 a share to promoter Vivek Prannath Talwar.

The ADGFT penalty of ₹170 crore has been confirmed by the Appellate Bench of DGFT, with no provision in the books; the company says the order is bad in law and has filed a Writ Petition in Bombay High Court. The filing does not give a hearing date or an expected outcome, and it does not say whether the balance of the Alibaug advance has been received.
