Pitti Engineering Limited has told the exchanges on 8 Oct 2026 that an inspection or search proceeding under Section 67 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 was initiated at its manufacturing unit in Maharashtra that day. Company officials were shown an authorisation letter by the Maharashtra State GST officials at around 11:40 AM.
The company says the proceeding was under way, it is extending full cooperation, and at present there is no material impact on its financials, business operations or other activities. It says it will make further disclosures if there is a material update.
