Net profit grew faster than total income. Standalone net profit rose 32.3% YoY to ₹117.12 crore, while total income fell 3.9% to ₹316.31 crore. Profit before tax rose 26.1% to ₹150.05 crore, and revenue from operations rose 17.7% to ₹382.49 crore against ₹324.92 crore a year earlier.
The notes say the company sold its Worli office premises in the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026 for ₹33.34 crore and disclosed a gain of ₹31.80 crore as an exceptional item for that June quarter. The filing places the exceptional item in the June quarter, not this one, so this quarter's profit before tax is not shown with that item in it.
Finance costs were ₹0.13 crore, or 0.0% of total income, and depreciation was ₹6.08 crore, flat on a year earlier. Tax expense of ₹32.93 crore is 21.9% of profit before tax, against 25.6% in the year-earlier quarter. Net profit margin rose to 37.0% from 26.9% a year earlier.

The filing does not give the reason for the Worli sale, any further property sales, or any dividend declared for the current period and its record date.
