Half-year consolidated net profit is ₹15.07 crore and basic EPS is ₹0.78, against ₹0.29 crore and ₹0.02 for the half year a year earlier. The company also completed a preferential issue of 1,80,24,157 equity shares at ₹110 each, aggregating ₹198.27 crore, allotted to Corn Products Development Inc., a non-promoter, on 24 Jun 2026. As at 30 Sep 2026 the unutilised proceeds were held in fixed deposits or a separate account.
