Standalone net profit rose 40.8% to ₹29.81 crore, faster than total income, which rose 21.2%. Profit before tax rose 43.2% to ₹40.53 crore, and tax expense rose 50.3% to ₹10.73 crore.

The standalone depreciation line for the year-earlier quarter is printed as a negative figure of ₹-2.85 crore, which makes the year-on-year change in that line not meaningful. Against the June 2026 quarter, depreciation rose 29.5% to ₹4.35 crore.

The filing does not say whether the negative year-earlier depreciation figure is a printing error, and the standalone statement shows no exceptional item for the quarter.

    Inference

The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share, with a total payout of ₹11.52 crore and a record date of 13 Nov 2026, to be paid or dispatched on or before 03 Dec 2026.

The Board also proposed a 2:1 bonus issue, capitalising up to ₹23.04 crore from retained earnings, and an increase in authorised share capital from ₹15 crore to ₹40 crore, both subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on 16 Dec 2026. The bonus record date will be announced in due course.

The filing does not say who will replace the Company Secretary, whose resignation takes effect on 07 Dec 2026, or the name and reason for the incoming CFO, who is expected to join in January 2027. The restructuring of the subsidiary's bank borrowings is also not detailed.
