Inference
The filing states that the Board approved the results on 4 Nov 2026 after Audit Committee review on 3 Nov 2026, and that the joint statutory auditors issued limited review reports dated 4 Nov 2026 with no modification of their conclusion. The consolidated review report says four subsidiaries and one step-down subsidiary were not reviewed by the auditors, and that part of the conclusion rests on other auditors' reports.
The company issued secured non-convertible debentures by private placement: ₹515.00 crore on 27 Jul 2026 and ₹750.00 crore on 19 Aug 2026, a re-issue with ₹754.17 crore utilised, and states no deviation in use of proceeds. The auditors have certified assets with a book value of ₹22,063.96 crore securing listed secured debt, and the company states a cover of 100% to 125% as per the terms of issue.
The filing does not give the reason for the fall in profit from the previous quarter, the reason for or price of the loan acquisition from the subsidiary, or any dividend declared with these results.
