    Inference

The filing says the Board approved the results on 05 Nov 2026 and that the statutory auditors issued unmodified limited review reports on both sets of results. The Board authorised four key managerial personnel to determine materiality and make disclosures under Regulation 30(5).

The filing does not say why the standalone net profit moved from a loss a year earlier to a profit this quarter, or why standalone borrowings of ₹44.00 crore appear on the balance sheet. It also does not say what effect the three unreviewed subsidiaries will have beyond the stated immateriality.
