    Inference

The filing says the board approved the results on 4 Nov 2026 and that the statutory auditor, S.C. Varma and Co., issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The cash flow statement shows dividend payments of ₹40.65 crore in the half year ended 30 Sep 2026, and the notes say prior period figures were regrouped where necessary.

The filing does not give the reason for the rise in consolidated revenue and total income, the reason for the sharp rise in consolidated trade receivables and inventories in the half year, the amount or timing of any dividend declared on these results, or the effect of the IEEPA tariff refund beyond the quarter's profit before tax.
