On the New Labour Codes, the filing records a statutory impact of ₹4.07 crore as an exceptional item in the year ended 31 Mar 2026, and management says it does not foresee a material adjustment in these standalone results. The reason for the fall in other income from ₹8.20 crore to ₹3.82 crore is not stated.
