The filing confirms the Board approved both sets of results on 5 Nov 2026 and that the auditors reported unmodified conclusions after a limited review. The filing states the order book and cash position from the press release, and reports dividend paid of ₹312 million in the cash flow statement for the half year.

The filing does not say how the order book will convert into revenue over time, or what margin the new orders will carry, and it is not known from the filing how these will affect future results.
