Waaree Energies (NSE: WAAREEENER) has completed the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited, along with its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, for a total consideration of ₹1 lakh, it said in a filing on 30 Oct 2026. The company says the acquired firm became its wholly-owned subsidiary on the same day.

Waaree Energies completed the acquisition on 30 Oct 2026, following an earlier disclosure dated 27 Oct 2026. The total consideration is ₹1 lakh for the entire equity of Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited, which holds two wholly-owned subsidiaries.
With completion, Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies effective 30 Oct 2026. The company received intimation of the completion at 20:09 p.m. (IST) and says the information will be made available on its website, www.waaree.com.

Waaree Energies is a solar energy equipment maker with a market value of ₹66,275 crore at the 30 Oct 2026 close. Its consolidated net profit for Q2 FY27 was ₹753.64 crore, down 14.2% year on year, so the nominal consideration is very small against the company's size.
