Yasho Industries (NSE: YASHO) reported consolidated total income of ₹347.92 crore and a net profit of ₹33.68 crore for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2026, it said in a filing on 28 Oct 2026. The results were approved by the Board at its meeting on 28 Oct 2026 and have been reviewed by the statutory auditors.

Income and profit both rose sharply from the year-earlier quarter, but profit grew more slowly than pre-tax profit. Revenue from operations rose 89.7% to ₹347.68 crore, and other income fell to ₹0.24 crore from ₹0.30 crore. Net profit rose 593.4% to ₹33.68 crore, against a 653.8% rise in profit before tax to ₹45.27 crore. Tax expense of ₹11.59 crore is 25.6% of profit before tax, compared with ₹1.15 crore on ₹6.01 crore a year earlier.

Other income is a small part of the result. At ₹0.24 crore it is 0.1% of total income and 0.5% of profit before tax, so the quarter's profit rests almost entirely on operating revenue. The filing reports no exceptional items for the consolidated quarter.

Compared with the previous quarter, total income rose 12.6% and revenue from operations rose 13.0%, while net profit fell 6.6% and profit before tax fell 7.6%. Depreciation rose 3.0% to ₹14.58 crore and finance costs rose 15.8% to ₹13.07 crore. The filing does not give the reasons for these movements.

The consolidated statement includes the holding company and its subsidiaries, among them Yasho Industries Europe B.V. and Yasho Inc. The only identifiable reportable segment is Chemicals. Sales within India were ₹96.82 crore and sales outside India were ₹250.86 crore for the quarter, so exports make up about 72% of sales.
