ACME Solar Holdings Limited has told the exchanges on 7 Oct 2026 that ICRA has reaffirmed its [ICRA]AA- (Stable) rating and assigned it to an enhanced amount. Long-term non-fund-based limits are now ₹3,055 crore, up from ₹1,850 crore, and unallocated limits are ₹445 crore, down from ₹650 crore, so the total rises to ₹3,500 crore from ₹2,500 crore.

The disclosure follows the company’s intimation of 1 Apr 2026, and the rating rationale is available on ICRA’s website.

    Inference

The rating is unchanged, and the total rated limits are ₹1,000 crore larger, mostly by converting unallocated limits and adding new ones. Non-fund-based limits are guarantees and letters of credit, so the increase does not mean new cash borrowing.
