ACME Solar Holdings Limited has told the exchanges that two companies, Amshuman Renewables Private Limited and Urjita Powertech Private Limited, have been incorporated as its wholly owned subsidiaries on 13 Oct 2026. Both have their registered offices in Gurugram, Haryana.

The filing says the subsidiaries were set up to undertake the development, establishment and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects. ACME Solar subscribed to the full initial paid-up capital of each in cash, ₹1,00,000 for 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each, so it holds 100% of both.

No governmental or regulatory approval was required for the incorporation. The filing does not name any specific projects for the new companies.

    Inference

For shareholders, the filing records two new, very small entities, each with ₹1 lakh of capital, being added to the group. Renewable developers commonly use separate companies for individual projects, but the filing does not say whether that is the plan here.

Nothing in the filing gives figures on investment, project size or timing, so the effect on ACME Solar's business is not known from this announcement. Investors may want to watch for later disclosures that name the projects these companies will own.
